We pick up the children right from their classroom and walk them over to The Tree House. This program is designed to support families by providing a low key transition time for TK and kinder children after an intense day of learning at school. Legos, dramatic play, and free art are favorites of this group.
After school at The Tree House is full of lots of fun and excitement. The children come over hungry and ready to play. As you walk around the school there are kids who are chatting while they eat snack, a group of kids working on a high interest art project (all with their own twist on the activity) and a group playing inside with some imaginary game or dance show. Outside the kids have high energy ball games going on the grass, lots of digging in the sand box and some type of imaginary play around the tree house. The staff is there to help set up invitations to expand the kids play and support them when conflicts arise. The energy is happy and you can hear fun chatter between the kids and teachers. At the end of the day everyone works together to clean up the huge mess we make. For those who stay after 4:30 we sit down for a small snack and get our homework done.
Camp days are made available to you to help cover your childcare needs or enrichment desires for days when school is not in session. Similar to our summer program, you can choose any half or full days that you desire. The cost is $22 for each half day session (8:30–12:30 or 12:30–4:30). So a full day (8:30–4:30) would be $44. You must register at least one full week prior to the desired camp day (more notice is greatly appreciated)! No changes can be made once registered.

Need to get to work before Waggoner opens? No worries, we feed the kids a hearty breakfast, brush teeth and hair. The kids get to play and do some simple art projects before we walk them across the street for school.
