Summer Preschool Program
Summer 2023
Treehouse summer preschool is a mixed-age (ages 2.5 to entry into kindergarten) program with an integrated preschool curriculum. The program runs from 8:30 AM - 12:00 and can be extended to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday. There are limited part-time spots for MWF or TTH.
We create an environment that is exciting, challenging, and supportive of each child's own learning style. The curriculum is designed to actively engage each child in developmentally appropriate activities exploring the content areas of literacy, mathematics, science, and social skills. Throughout the day the children enjoy a large variety of play materials that are made readily available to them, as well as creative centers where children can dress up, build with blocks, and experiment in the sensory table. Our goal is for our program to foster friendships, build confidence and help children become problem solvers and lifelong learners.
We serve a morning snack (provided by Treehouse) and lunch (provided by the family)for those that stay till 2:30. There is a maximum of 12 children with 2 teachers.
